Title: i tried to do restore and got a error

i tried to restore my site through dump sql and then did copied my old files to server
and i got this error

It is obvious that some files are missing. Did you delete some files by mistake?

Based on the error /home/cosmicas/public_html/core/lib/cache.php file is missing
