Title: Error connecting to marketplace

I'm getting this error when trying to connect to marketplace through administration panel, always gives me same error.

Try to disconnect and connect again. Let us know what happens.

I did and same error, I can login using same credentials directly into the marketplace website but not through button in administração panel

What version of AbanteCart do you use? Did you do any mods?

Version V1.2.16 and using Theme Mercato with JivoChat Live Chat and Square payment extension installed

Hello.
You can update your extensions by downloading them directly from your Marketplace account.
Then install downloaded extensions https://abantecart.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/AD/pages/5668987/Install+via+package+upload

Still the original issue, I know I can download extensions and install them manually but the case is that there's an issue and needs sorting as when i want to upgrade an extension i could easily connect to marketplace and just upgrade.

I assume you did not change any code yourself.
Any way we can get access to your AbatneCart admin and code (hosting) to investigate? If yes, please PM access to me.

No code was changed as I’m just trying to know better the software and add products.
What do you need to access??
