Title: customer order email

I dont know if i did something or not but my customer order email is displaying wrong
example
style="background-color: #069; color:#FFF; font-size: 12px; font-weight: bold; padding: 0.5em 1em;">Order Details
 
and
Product   Model   style="width: 10%; padding: 0.3em; color: #FFFFFF;">Price   style="width: 15%; padding: 0.3em; color: #FFFFFF;">Quantity   style="width: 20%; padding: 0.3em; color: #FFFFFF;">Total

does anyone have the original template i can have to put it back to normal thank you
