Title: missing images and html text

i am having some problem with my admin control panel,  all my product images is not visible , as they are hiding underneath the blank null images icon, they will appear if i click on the blank image icon, this problem that i am having is . needed to be resolved,

i would install the new version,AbanteCart v1.2.16 if  it would solved the problem, but it is not compatible with my A2 Hosting softaculous MYSQL Files, i keep seeing a error message, and  also, all my products description html text have also disappear , but the actual shop is showing ok,  please see attachment

any help would be much appreciated

Hello.

Try to clear AbanteCart cache files. After that check for latest errors in the AbanteCart and server error logs
