hi i want to change 'fax' felid to mobile no felid in account creation form. please tell me where is the location of this felid "<label class="control-label col-sm-4">Fax:</label>" :)

you can find all translations for language via admin search form.
Or via admin->system->localisation->langiage definitions menu.
Just try to find text "Fax" there and take a look on "block". It can be account_create or checkout_guest_step_1 etc
