When a client places an order, the price of the product is only an estimate. Can I change the price in the order and confirm with the customer the final price

You can manually change prices and recalculate order after it is placed.

HI Maxter, I don't have the option to change the price, show grey, Need to switch it on, cannot find the option. Please help
