My customers won't stay logged in. They get login mess when they visit a product even if they have logged in ??

Hello.
You have to make sure your store URL is the same as the URL they visit. For example, www.store.com and store.com are different websites
Also set both store URLs to HTTPS.
One more possible issue is the session live time set on your server. Contact your hosting support to ask about expiration time
