An improvement on the part of orders Status & Comments would be good, for example when changing the status of the order from pending to paid or sent, for the system would automatically send an email to the customer saying that the status of order #500 became sent or paid.

Hello, the status of your order #500 has changed to Payment Received and will be shipped soon.

Are you asking for the to happen when you change the status on the orders grid or within the order details , status and comments section?
If is is the later, you can turn on the notify customer switch when you change the order status and the email will be sent.
