Title: How can I edit a block?

I would like to edit the newsletter block to show an Aweber signup form, instead of the built in newsletter. Is there a way to edit the newsletter block, or create a new block with an Aweber signup form code?

Hello. You can create new block with your own html code. In admin go to Deign-Blocks see manual (http://www.abantecart.com/ecommerce-documentation/42-admin-user-manual/design/blocks-user-manual/31-blocks). Note: use HTML block type.
Then please enable html block in Design-Layouts
