Title: help with product stock locations and tax

Tax only needs to apply to 1 state in my case.  However I need to have products stock locations for 4 different warehouses.
It appears the 2 are the same on Abantecart.
Am I misunderstanding how it works?

Assign the product a tax class. In the Tax Class set the rates https://abantecart.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/AD/pages/15761420/Tax+Rates
