cant access admin using correct user and pass..just goes to blank page

Just need someone to let me know if I am missing something, if it is not working right or just not  good software.
When an affiliate logs in he has a tracking number, then he puts in a product and all that shows up in mine is a link. Where are the banners or ability for me to put banners in there for  the affiliate. Certainly that link is not what the affiliate is supposed to use.

Now when I joined the software's own affiliate program there were all kinds of links and banners of all sizes. normally affiliate software should have a place for me to put banners.
