I solved it. When I tried it on the "chrome",not Internet Explorer, I could upload the logo image file.
It was browser issue anyway, I guess. Thank you for your concern so far, Mr.abantecart.

Internet Explorer v9. And, Ram is 4gb.

Internet explorer is down....as shown in attached file

Anyone can help me with error in uploading logo image file ?
Please help me with this issue....
