I am trying to get this script to run to enable Zopim chat support.

I am sure it was working previously.

I created a new block with this as source code, saved it and then added it to the home page layout. It is supposed to then contact Zopim servers and show a chat utility at the bottom of the screen.

Am I doing something wrong?

If I paste a link to the shop in Facebook it shows "Web Store Meta Description". I changed Meta Tag Description in the store settings but this still shows.

I really like this the software.

I have a problem that if I post a link in Facebook for example, I get Web Store Meta Description showing in the thumbnail. I have changed the Meta Tag Description for the storefront but cannot work out where to change this ?

I worked out the formats from other shipping options and mine is working with all weight classes now. 

It worked in the end thanks. I do however have a problem now where I cannot upload any type of file to the downloads section, I get an error filetype not allowed?

OK I got it working and upgraded to 1.1.5 but now all the delivery options are blank. What is the format I need to enter?

I have a similar problem, no matter what I do I cannot get this extension to show as a delivery option for a UK address.

The store is shipping to multiple locations from Thailand and the UK and I have tried turning off flat rate shipping, free shipping and store pickup then get an error saying there are no shipping options.

All the other extensions work fine against the shipping addresses except the UK which will only show Flat Rate.

This is relevant as I have been building a site and when I try to delete all the default resources I get an error saying Cant delete resource(s) because one or more resources is linked to object. They should not be as I have completely removed all the default content as far as I know.

I have been using the software on a hosted server for a while but now I am moving on with a particular project. I have a message that says there is a new version available but when I try to connect via "Network" Option I get this every time  503 Service Unavailable
The server is temporarily busy, try again later!

This also happens when I try to find extensions?
