thanks for the link to this discussion... as this is most likely what I need to do also...but I haven't done anything with php files before... How do I get the .php file open to edit it? Is there a special program or do I just open it in a txt editor?

As a work-around (until this issue is fixed), might I suggest...

enter digital products as a physical stocked item- noting in the description that it "IS a PDF file to be sent upon payment confirmation/order completion"... then FTP upload to a certain folder (whereever you want) and make a note of the path... then process the order as a normal product item and send a path link to the digital file to the customer (or attach the file to the email ).

... it may not be as automated as we want, but I think it is better than missing out on ALL sales...??

P.s. this is a great cart... and i am sure when all the fixes are done it will be a fantastic cart... so I don't mind being a little patient...

I went to
Design/blocks to choose the new and altered banners... but got this error:

Fatal error: Class 'AJson' not found in /home3/writeblo/public_html/yoglin/store/extensions/banner_manager/admin/controller/responses/listing_grid/banner_manager.php on line 299

do I have the images in the  wrong place?
also the pics are not lined up properly. how do I change the alignment of them if I need to move them over or to the other side of the banner space?

Thanks for spreading the word. I am still trying to get certain parts of my store to work correctly... I have a few digital works (and more coming) that are for sale but I am not sure how to get the download notification to the customer after the order is completed...?? I tried a test purchase with a different free product and did get the invoice, but no link to DL.  Any advice please??

I came upon a workaround... when I had a free pdf file that was not allowed to upload to store with product specs on item setup page...

of course you won't get the customers' info for that free product (if that is the only thing they get)  but at least it is a possibility.
