not sure but I had several people try with the same results, whatever changes you made seemed to fix the problem, only thing different is they need to choose shipping and payment options. They shouldnt need to do that since there is only one shipping option and one payment option, but for the time being I will take it.

But I only have one option available? As long as it works Im happy, thanks for the time you put into this.

Ok new problem....I select a product and go to check out im getting an error......

Ok we are getting close, still cant figure out how to get rid of the <sup> tags showing up on the checkout pages......

Ok scratch that, got the payments to show back up again. Only problem left is the <sup>tags. Im assuming they are in a tpl file somewhere?

Ok the new default_usps.php seemed to have fixed it, I am now getting my shipping options. New problem, with the new file you gave me my payment options disappeared now. I am also getting this text.....Priority Mail 3-Day^™. where is the <sup> tags coming from?

Ok this is seriously getting ridiculous. Seems that once I called the usps and had them take me off the testing server and add me to production I got rid of the initial error I was getting but now Im getting a new one!

I have selected all available option in the admin area and there is no reason I should still be getting an error.

From looking at the email the USPS send when you sign up for the api username and password, it looks like initially they only set it you up on the testing server? Could this be why I continue to get these errors??

Still getting the error,  error Processing USPS. No clue what the problem is, the error or log files arent very helpful? Any ideas what is happening and why I keep getting this error? I really need to get this site up and going but I keep running into problem after problem.
