I ended up replacing the whole view folder from a backup, and that fixed it

Thanks for the reply. No luck replacing that file though, unfortunately. It had no effect. Any other ideas?

I'm getting this (see attachment) when I try to log into 2 of my installations of AbanteCart. Versions 1.2.0 and 1.2.1. Anyone know how I can fix this?

"not getting copied on the email"? Please explain the issue

Thanks for replying. When a new customer signs up for an account, an email is sent out to them telling them to wait for us to approve them. We (the store owner's email) is not copied on that email, so the only way we can tell a new customer wants an account is on the back end of the store. I'd like us to be copied on that email. In the 2013 post is says we should be, but that it's a bug that we aren't, so I'm hoping to get an up to date fix for it.

I'm setting up my store to approve new customers and I'm not getting copied on the email to the customer when they sign up. I looked into it and there's an old topic about it

It says this is a bug, and there's an attachment there for a new /admin/controller/pages/sale/customer.php file. I tried replacing the file with  the attachment from that post but doing that didn't change anything.

The post is from 2013 so I have to guess maybe something's changed since then?

Okay, so I used your tip (very useful tool, thank you for letting me know about it btw), and I found the files. I tried editing them by removing the lines of code I highlighted in the attached image. It gave no result, the menu was unchanged. I made sure the cache was off and cleared my browser cache, even tried it on a VPN so I don't think it's a cache issue, I think I probably must be missing something. I freely admit, I'm no expert at this though, not even close, so I rank the chances of me missing something fairly high. Any help would be very welcome 

I'd like to remove these two items from the my account menu - can someone direct me how to do that please? Also I would prefer to remove "Not (user name)?" from before "Logoff" in that drop down menu. Help will be apricated 

This is strange, and I think I owe an apology somehow. I was going over the checkout progress and after creating an account I had to select free shipping and then press enter before the payment options would appear. I checked and the option you referenced was already set to yes, so I made no changes. Only now I can't replicate that issue in registered account checkout. I can't explain it (a page loading issue perhaps?), but regardless I absolutely should have done more vetting on this before posting my question, so I apologize for apparently wasting your time 

I'd like to set my checkout process to have free shipping pre-selected by default - can someone direct me to the correct file to modify, as well as hopefully point out what needs to be modified in the file code to make this happen please? Your help will be very much appreciated 

I brought this back to my web host and they investigated. Here was their reply so far:

Of the error logs that we looked through, not one was being written to while we visited and refreshed the site. Please keep in mind that the rest of the site also seems to resolve with no particular issue.

We also attempted to see if an error was being detected in the browsers "Developers Tools", but the developers tools also returned a "200 - OK" status, showing that requests were correctly being made to the server. To test this, we moved one of the "index.php" files to an unreadable filename, and installed our own "index.html" page with some sample text. This file resolved when being navigated to.

We believe that this might be the fault of the "AbanteCart's" configuration , but to confirm our suspicions, we will be passing this ticket up to our Level 2 Technicians to take a closer look, in order to ensure that nothing was missed over the course of our investigation.

Does that tell you anything by any chance?

I'm getting this warning when trying to access my AbanteCart's admin back room: "There has been a critical error processing your request. Please check AbanteCart and webserver error logs for more details. You can check error log in the control panel if it is functional. Otherwise, refer to error log located on your web server."

The details are
- App Warning:  AbanteCart core v.1.2.8 Warning: Accessing store with non-configured or unknown domain

I'd like to be able to edit the link that's in my store's logo. I found I can do it by changing my store's URL in the settings, but that causes serious problems in displaying the page. I'm hoping there's another way. In a script file somewhere?

I do only have one, I even uninstalled "default_cod" instead of just turning it off. Auto select's still not working.
