I have my favicon all set up and it displays on my site in the tab as it should.  When I look at my search results in Google it still displays the Abante Cart logo next to my web address in the search results.  When I search in Bing it does not display either favicon.  I have cleared the Cache and cleared search history .

Any help would be appreciated.

The address was set to the UK already but I had not entered a county.  Once I entered a county this now works perfectly.    Thank you very much for your help with this as I had spent hours trying to figure it out.  Thanks again 

update:

Once I get as far as checkout and enter a UK address then open a new window and go back into the site all the prices will now include tax.  if I then clear my history and go in again the prices have no tax.  The problem I have here is that if someone has not been on the site before will see the incorrect prices until the try to get to checkout.

I have only one location ( UK) which is set up for tax at 20%.  I have set my products to include tax on the product page and have turned on display prices with tax in system/settings/checkout. The products do not seem to display the tax  and the price seems to say the same with tax on or off.  The only time the tax is added is at checkout but this is no good as it means I am displaying my prices without tax and I need to show the including tax as in the UK.  Can anyone please help with this?

Thanks for your help, I have eventually got to the bottom of it.  I found that I needed to change my SMPT port number to 587 instead of 465 which cpanel suggests.

Many thanks for the reply.  I have double checked the settings and even set up a new email address and tried it with those settings but nothing seems to work.  Any more ideas?

I have just set up my new site but I am unable to get emails to send.  When the mail protocol is set to mail setting it appears to send but nothing received and no error in the logs.  I have checked with my hosting company and they tell me php mail is enabled.  If I then try smtp the message will not send and I get this message "Task Failed 0 messages have been sent." but then there is an error in the log, but this means nothing to me I am afraid.  I have been struggling  with this for 2 days now, so can anyone help please?

Hi All,

I have just tried upgrading to 1.2.12 but it comes up with a critical error so will not upgrade.  I tried turning off all my extensions but still did not work.
