why Category menu does not show images for subcategories with mouse over?

i need add video instead of product image so that the customer know how the product works.

whenever i upload video to my product page instated of image, that upload not work, and also you tube video not working when i adding link.

The customer will click on this page then they will have drop boxes that generate in order: Manufacturer, Model, Color,

Manufacturer: Apple, Alctel, Blackberry, HTC, etcc.. (the customer will select a manufacturer and move on to the next drop box)

so this customer selected apple

Model: Iphone 4/s, Iphone 5/s, Iphone 5c, ipad 2-4, ipad air (in the model drop box they can select which model phone)

this customer selected Iphone 5/s

Color: Black, blue, red, purple, pink, mix (now they can choose what skin color they want)

this customer selected mix

qty:10 (they want 10 mix colors of iphone 5/s skin)

add to cart

So now in their cart they will have an order for apple iphone 5/s skins mix color 10 pieces.
then on that same page they can go and add more skins for other manufacturers and models

my server is yahoo small business, and i am using abantecart when user registering it send email also send email when they forget password, but when they reply me using contact us form the form dos not send email back to me???

please slove this as soon as possible, thank you
