this happend after I did the update. No errors in error log since than, seo url is on, I just turn it off and it worked. Is it possible for me to use seo url and also have my pages work?

I upgrated from version 1.7 to 1.8 now when I click a gategory page it send me to the homepage. Same thing happen when I meke a new category. the is shows correct but it send me allways to home page?!
