Many thanks Gordon. I thought my days of getting into SQL and php were over but apparently not. Not a problem, just unexpected. Once I did dig into Sql found 9.png, also ran the query to insert my logo, but in fact eventually ftp'd my logo up to 18/76 as 9.png which has now fixed the problem.

Hi,
although new to Abantecart I'm not a total beginner, and have changed the banner_image 1 and 2. Changed most things I want to but there is still one that is completely defeating me after many many searches.
I am using template2 and have changed the store logo in Settings-Appearance, even ftp searched the whole website for 9.png which appears to be the filename? but cannot get the top left logo to change. Any help would be appreciated.
