Anybody have any ideas?

where did you see email? i mean mail program. gmail webmail or some mail client for ex Thunderbird ?
Can you check you email letter on gmail web-interface?

On Gmail, web and mobile. Also through Androids default mail application and through cPanels 3 email applications.

You can edit HTML in that template.

I have updated the file with the file that you have suggested, however I still receive the same confirmation emails. Still showing the templates default logo as an attachment and still showing all of the white spaces.

Do you have any further suggestions?

I'm using AbanteCart on my new Ecommerce site at burtonford.co.uk, I'm in the process of adding products and I thought I'd run through the order process using a discount code.

However, I get a rather strange looking order confirmation which I don't think is the usual or what I should be receiving. Could anyone suggest what I need to edit?

I wish to add the site's logo, remove the logo it keeps attatching to the emails and remove the white space and possibly add some text which says "thanks for your order from Burton & Ford..."

Hope you can help me out, see the picture below to understand my questions further.
