when upgraded to 1.2 my site is messed up. even backstage. can i just roll it back from previous version?

I kept receiving this error please help

I installed this extension but doesn't appear in payment options

How do we set price range in shipping extension. For example:

10:50 wherein 10=$ price 50=charge

can we do shortcut like 10-1000:50 so I will not encode 10 to 1000 one by one?
