That is because the tax rates are already existing but show up like my previous screenshot. This happened after the  last upgrade.

It doesn't matter anymore as I have changed carts now. I simp6y cannot wait 4 months for a reply. I also posted on Facebook and no one answered.

Could someone please reply to my previous post? The system is still charging my customers tax 2 times when they checkout and won't let me view the tax rates that have been added.

No tax related errors. I attach a screen shot as requested. It shows like this on both mobile and desktop.

I have cleared the cache but still cannot see the tax rates that are already existing.

Has anyone else had a problem where you cannot view the tax rates you have added since upgrading? I couldn't view my tax rates so added it again but now when I test it on my website, it is charging tax twice. Please help!

Hi there, I am also having issues upgrading and am getting the same error. I have changed all the permissions but keep getting the same error.
