I need help on this. Total not count in my invoice and sales report. Its only calculate for shipping cost.
FYI, I use weight base shipping method. What cause of this?

This is how I change it Manually.

Firtsly login to cpanel, then click PHPMyAdmin.

Then, click ab_orders from droplist. (See attachement)
After that click 'Operations' Tab. Then, change value of 'AUTO_INCREMENT'   (your order id start) at Table Options tab. (See attachement).

Finally clik 'GO'.

Thats all. Hope this help for whoever looking for this solutions.

I'm facing same matter too. Spend a few hours just looking for solution for this matter. Then, I found extension call 'Banner manager' in extension tab. Its is in 'On' when we install this cart, maybe I accidentally 'Off' it.

This step works for me, hopefully its will work to others too.

P/S: Sorry my bad english..
