I have since done a fresh install of Abantecart (an older version this time infact) on another website that I have hosted with the same company unlimatedwebhosting and found the same problem with being unable to upload images or access the resource library. I have now emailed my hosting company as I suspect it may be a problem that they can solve.

Thanks for your reply. Yes the cache folder is writeable. I also had to follow that post in order to get the cart installed by removing the * in the cache.php

Any other ideas before I just reinstall the whole thing again.

When trying to upload images/audio/video/pdfs or change the logo I get this error "error Forbidden"

Log file shows

Any help would be appreciated.
