really sorry i dont understand am having one of them weeks everythings going wrong 
not sure what to do here shall i do a fresh install and bite the bullet and do the site again
in my phpadmin i can see all my customners and orders

soory 2. disable caching in settings ? i cant getinto abatecart settings lol can you just change permissions

ive upgraded today and all i get is There has been a critical error processing your request
ive had a few orders today causing me a nightmare as it seems to not have been backed up ?
is there anything i can do
attached is my error log which ive deleted some to upload to hear
