I found a solution

1- go to > downloads .... add item
2- go to product add new product
3- after you add product with same downloads item name, go to File..and choose your download item name.

it will be ready to download

There is no capability in AbanteCart to set price specific to the country.

The 3 block in footer actually were 3 html block which was assigned into layout.
