thank you java we just figured this out earlier today, this has been a royal PITA but glad its fixed!!

why am i getting this message?

it is set to order status.  Today i got an email from paypal that a customer has paid for their items, received the money but in the admin panel there is no message saying new order, there is no record of her purchase, she shows as a customer but no order history, please help me!!!

why are my downloads just sitting there pending?  I have watched the videos, its is set to on order status then completed, still it sits in pending after i have been paid

I am having the same issue and i have it set to on order status but it sits pending

I am running 1.2 version and have a question.  When setting up downloads there is the option to turn on the Status button and also has a shared button.  Is this button just for offering a free product or must it be clicked in order for the customer to purchase the download.  Do i have it correct in the picture attached?

can you clearify something for me?  When selling download files must you check the shared download or just change the status to on?

is it possible to add a message to the outgoing invoice?
