Hi everyone,

I recently upgraded from 1.1.9 to 1.2, immediately I received this error when I try to open any page on the site:

Fatal error: Call to a member function write() on a non-object in /home2/athartco/public_html/gamersathart.co.uk/shop/core/lib/cache.php on line 53

In one thread it was suggested to change some permissions to 777. This didn't work.

(to make matters worse, my host reverted it back to yesterday's version, which has a string of errors relating to missing columns in the database).

Can anyone help?
