Can't find a way to put a form on Contact page...

You may look at the forms Manager extension, and see of the default email and sender are set. To check it go to extensions>all extensions and find the Forms Manager Then click on the edit button to check

Checked, and everything look ok... Still not working.
I will try to make a new form and put it on contact us page, since my other form is working.
Status: On
Default sender: Set
Default Sender Email: Set
Run Order: Nothing

Can I get some help here?

The error in the log is not related to the email issue.

I see you have connected SMTP.

1. Are the settings correct?
2. If you can access SMTP email server in the browser or with any other mail client, see if you have your email in sent folder.

1. All the settings are correct. Test on my other host, doesn't work.
2. There is no email in my sent folder.

I'm having few problems with my website.
First of all i started polishing settings on my desktop (used xamp) and i bought a domain+hosting.
Uploaded everything, the site is running smooth.

Here comes the problem, i tried to use that contact us form, it said the mail was sent, but i didn't received one so i started googling.
The settings are ok, as far as i can see. This is the error log:

Ok seems that nobody made any progress here so.... i estimate a complete translation in 2-3 weeks in romanian. I'm at about 60% IN ADMIN AREA IN JUST 12 HOURS and it will be free for all the romanian users.

Ok, so.. I can find the extension in marketplace but it's $20.

I cannot afford to buy it, tho i need it. Our economy is different. Our salary is $200, not $2000.

Why did u said it's free? Did anyone ever buy it? For sure it wasn't a romanian.

This will require CSS/HTML rework for the menu. If you do not have CSS/HTML experience, I would suggest to find someone for help.

Am using the html5 blue theme. on so.ivatours.ro

I wanna be able to modify the categories menu, one under another like

                    |1st item |- another menu drop down |
Categories   |2nd item|- another menu drop down |
                    |3rd item |

You can see more detailed in the attachment.

Any help please? I located the file but can't figure out how to changes those.
