I'm sure this may sound like a very simple question

How do you change
1. the background color of your template / storefront?
   I'm using the free template 1.2

2.The Slider is it in the Admin dashboard or in the cpanel
pls explain if possible with pics


3.The Header AND FOOTER.(logo&Text)

pls kindly reply.its first time using ur software to design .
encourage me with your quick and clearly stated response.
