usually we publish message (notification) about upgrade with direct link that contain that installation key (message box below search field on abantecart control panel). But you can upgrade without it, manually.  All upgrade packages are available by key mask: abantecart_upgrade_XXX where XXX is new version without dots.
For ex.: abantecart_upgrade_117 

Also you can download upgrade package from our site (archive tar.gz ) and upload it on "upload extension" page.

I am trying to install the 1.2.1 upgrade

What should I type into the Installation key field?

Which  Layout & Blocks Manager page is connected to any content page? 

Is there a place to click on a content page to see which layout page it's connected to?

I thought they were connected to   "   default page layout  "  but after looking at my final page, I know that isn't the one.     There were no other obviously - named - pages in the default page layout dropdown that seem to apply.

Also, can I create a  NEW Layout & Blocks Manager page and connect a particular content page to it?

This is a simplistic type of question but I'm just not seeing it and could not find it in previously posted topics
