Is set to 644 and appear same error 

I want to install a fresh AbanteCart to my server but I get this error. Please help me.

I get this error in admin area on different page

How can I resolve this ?

I want to translate Free Shipping text from "Delivery Information" but I didn't find it...
Where I can find this text? If is possible a path.

What settings have to make ? If I order I received the invoice thru e-mail.
But on my e-mail admin I did't received any announcement of order.
