The weird thing is when i zoom(default site startup) and try and click on one of the product its like its wrapping the entire page but if i zoom (pinch) out it works fine ...

In practice there are 2 postal options for me to ship to a customer

1. unRegistered Mail   - this one I want to make always free
2. Registered Mail  - this one I want to make 5$ and free over a certain amount ...

I made the 1st one my free shipping extension
but the 2nd one I cant do with flat rate shipping extension

what about giving tracking shipping free after a certain amount but still able to select the free option for normal post ?
hope i explained it right ....
i want that the expensive shipping option will become free after say 50 dollars .. . .
