How did you do it? I try to move it from /abante to simple public_html

Hey there, I tried to move from one host to another host, and I respected the steps mentioned in the forum post regarding this action, but sadly, I have a problem. I made a test site on my first host to see if AbanteCart suits my needs. And it does, so I bought a new host, with more power. The first host had /abante, into the root of the installation, so abante was installed in .com/abante. My new host and domain is .com, I want to get rid of abante, but I tried installing everything / and the homepage works, I have all the stuff I had on it, but when I click on everything, everything redirects me to .com/te/... I do not understand what /te is and how to get rid of it. Can anybody help?
I tried uploading all the files and move them to .com/abante and everything works, but when is on .com/ is not working. Please help!
