Good day, dear support. I have updated to the latest version of AbanteCart 1.2.10 few days ago. After the updates the problems started. Many of my orders are coming back with error:
"Failed or missing response from payment verification. Manual verification is required! this link". And as of today its not possible to make payment at all. Every single check out end with the following error - "Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later.".
I have triple checked all the data entered in the extension settings and in my PayPal account. The E-Mail address is the same in both places. Please assist me with this problem as my hands are tied on this one .

Hello, dear support. From few days I'm having problems with this extension. For some reason it's making some parts of my website to NOT work. Like let's say user login or logout.  Whenever I click on the login button i end with a blank page and this error(please see the attachment) . The error in the error_log file is this:

[13-Mar-2017 09:49:02 America/New_York] PHP Fatal error:  Call to a member function getProduct() on a non-object in /home/virtu755/public_html/extensions/addthis/core/addthis.php on line 59

And when I go on line 59 I find this peace of code:

$product_info = $that->model_catalog_product->getProduct($product_id);

Now I have disabled AddThis Extension and everything is working fine. Can you guys assist me resolve this issue? Thank you.

Also my other question. Is it possible to add a discount code but only for the default group members, excluding a group like let's say wholesellers? Because at this time I don't see an option for who will the discount code be available. If I create a discount code everybody can use it no no matter the group they are in. And sometimes I want to make a discount code that would be used only by the regular users.

Hello and thank you for replying. I already use the Price Modifier, because the second option of the item is with a different value/price. Plus editing in the price modifier will set the price of the item for all members, not only for a certain group like I want to do it.

Hello, dear support. I have this kind of a question. When adding an item in the store, then from Options I set up two different Option Type: selectbox with different price. I also set a different price for my group of wholesellers for this product. But sadly I don't find a way to set a different price for each of the Option Type: selectbox. If I set a discount of let's say 2$ the discount will be the same for the two options. There is no way to set 2$ discount for option 1 and 5$ discount for option 2. Can you advice how I can achieve this? Thank you.

Okey so after some chatting with my hosting support and some fixing from them, now I'm left with the following problem. When I try to log in, I type my username, password and just get a blank page(See attachment). Then after some more diagnosing from my hosting support they told me about this error - (see attachment- error.png) . If i go to core lib cache.php and comment the following lines:

Then everything is back to normal and working. So do you guys have any idea how to fully resolve this problem? Thank you.

Sadly I have a big problem with my website. Recently I have updated to 1.2.9 and everything was working fine but today I've go this problem. Every time I click on a menu from the "Catalog" in the admin panel my website stop working for the current browser until I delete the cookies and then it works again, but if I click on the Catalog menu the same thing happens. How can I fix this nasty problem? Thank you.

Hello, dear support and thank you for your time. I'm trying to upgrade from the automatic updater but I always get this error -> " Error: cannot to pack /home/virtu755/public_html/admin/system/backup/abantecart_121.tar.gz" . Do you have any ideas? I already tried to change the File permissions with no effect at all. Whatever I try I always get this error. I haven't tried the manual update by the way. Can you please assist me with this problem? Thank you once again.
