General Support / Receive Payment Conflict for every PayPal order
« on: May 16, 2016, 05:21:16 PM »
Is there any way to stop these Payment Conflict messages from appearing?  All of our orders are processed using PayPal, but there has never actually been any type of conflict.

Why do we keep receiving these messages?  And how can we stop them?  Thanks.

Attention. Probably payment conflict. Order #2524

Is there any way to increase the number of orders shown on the Statistic Graph (Dashboard view) so that the orders aren't cut off on the top of the graph?  See attached image. Thanks.

Thank you!  That fixed it!

General Support / How to start Order ID at 2500 instead of default 1
« on: April 20, 2016, 06:25:50 PM »
How do I get the Order ID (in Admin) to start at 2500 vs the default 1?  We request this so as to not duplicate order numbers from another ecommerce site we were using (but switched to AbanteCart), and it's confusing with accounting when the orders start back at 1.

I went into MySQL per another post but this did not change the Order ID.

Here's my process:  Go to cPanel, then MySQL, then select "abku_orders", then select "Operations", then under "Table Options" I changed the AUTO_INCREMENT to 2500 (it was currently at #30 which was the latest order number).   I clicked "Go" to activate it in MySQL.  However, all orders coming in are still listing as #31, #32, etc... instead of #2500, #2501, etc...

I've attached 2 screenshots.  Please help.  Thank you.

I installed the UPS shipping extension and noticed that the estimated shipping does not use any of the product dimensions (Length, Width, Height) I entered but rather only uses the single UPS extension average dimension.

Is there a way for the shipping estimate to use my actual product dimensions so that my shipping costs can be accurate?

Thank you.

Thank you. That helps me understand the process.

It would be highly helpful if AC could develop functionality that allows US city tax rates to be automatically calculated based on the billing or shipping zip code.  Or based on the city entered in the billing address field.

A city tax rate extension would also be helpful that could link AC to a city tax program like TaxCloud (simlar to what some other open source ecommerce platforms are doing).  US city tax rates change every year making it difficult to manually change hundreds of city tax rates in AC.

Anyway, thank you for your help! AbanteCart is the best looking and refined ecommerce platform out there right now!

Thank you for your previous reply.  AC is still not detecting the CITY PAYMENT ADDRESS field when checking out (it only detects the STATE but NOT the CITY).  The ORDER SUMMARY therefore displays ALL of the cities rather than just the single matching city.

I've attached screenshots to show what I've done.  ANY HELP YOU CAN PROVIDE WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED as our goal is to go live next week.

I CAN'T SEEM TO FIGURE THIS OUT!  My question is:  How do I setup the SALES TAX RATES for all CALIFORNIA CITIES so that the customer is charged the correct SALES TAX RATE based on their BILLING ADDRESS or ZIP CODE?  Thank you to anyone that can help!!

Thank you!  That worked!

I just installed AbanteCart using cPanel on my hosting provider's server.  However, once I'm in the AbanteCart administration area and click on Media Manager, Send Mail, or anything in the System menu, I receive an error message that says "Forbidden - You don't have permission to access /[domain name]/index.php on this server.  Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

The hosting provider's tech support confirmed that all the permissions and ownership are correct. They also corrected the "rewritebase" parameter in the .htaccess file.  However, this did not help and the errors persist.

Any ideas?  Thanks.
