HI thanks for your help. The problem is that when i export through csv, clean and re import clean data, the system does not overwrite, it just adds to current data.

anyway, i managed to solve the problem by accessing and deleting bad data from the database directly/

I have inserted the products via csv data import. However I made a mistake and I now have 14 product tags for each product. How can I remove the product tags and start again. I have 1200 products and therefore I need a solution using csv import instead of going into each and every product to delete. Any help please?

I wish to upload about 1500 images to the "resources folder", but I got fed up uploading 1 by 1. Is there any other way to upload these images as a bulk. I tried to upload them through FTM tot he resources folder but when opening through the admin site, images are not showing. can someone help please.
