When I try to connect to marketplace - I get this error-----

Oops! Request error 2. This was not suppose to happen.
Please confirm connection to your AbanteCart Marketplace account

I authorize my store ---link removed--- to access my marketplace account.

I can click Connect again, but the same message appears.
Please help - I want to buy some stuff!   

I am hoping to move away from Magento.  I learned about AbanteCart just this weekend. I have it installed and am really liking it so far.

What I would like to do is this:

Product A has options - can be a PDF download or a physical product.
PDF should be available immediately after purchase and should have no shipping charge.
Physical product should have a shipping charge.

I have figured out creating product with the options, but it seems to be charging shipping even on the digital download.   I don't want to add the cost in the product cost for the physical item because international rates would be different.

I wonder if I am missing a setup option to configure this correctly.
