When i activate e.g. the default Italian language, and i add a order status. Then it correctly in the list of status for the italian language. But when then looking at the standard englisch language, the same status appears too in the list of the english language. And when selecting a status (at an order), wih the site on englisch language, in the list for selecting status, too the value for italian language appreas. Does someone have an idea how to solve this ?

While making a translating for dutch language, i notice that some items on the site were not. E.g. in the Dashboard menu, the items and its contents forms_manager & banner_manager. As these are present in the exetnsions directory /extensions/banner_manager & forms_manager, i wonder if there is a method to translate them also dutch. Off course i can do it, by copying the \dutch directory to /extensions/banner_manager/admin/language/dutch, but can i take it also in my language package ? Someone knows a solution ?

thanks, i emptied the caches. This had no effect, but after that restarting the browser en login again solved the problem. ! :-)

Hello, maybe someone can help. I made a translation for the Dutch language. Installed it and works fine. Except for the following: i add a category description in Dutch. Switching from English to Dutch works fine. Now i disable the Dutch language in System > Localization > Languages. In the category section, there's correctly only the English language availbale. But: the category description is Dutch ! So, the value for the inactive language. See the attachment where the dutch text is shown, although the language is english. Can someone help ?

I finally found the cause of the problem. While translating to Dutch, i used the characters ë and ï . And in the xml file this causes problems. I encountered it, when loading the files in xmlspy, and the the message appears that there were errors in the file. Thanks for te responses.

i focused now on tekst_review. In Dutch this is translated with 'Reviews' in the >Common>Header.xml file. See the file attached

Hello, i translated the english language into Dutch language. However, after installing and activating, some elements are translated and some are not translated, but are given the 'key' name. E.g. in the screenshot: Totaal Bestellingen is correct translated, but text_content has been given the key name tekst_content. Does anyone sounds this familiar ? Thanks in advance. The settings are in the file home.xml i attached.
