I just started using v1.3.4. I know on the older version I was using, there was a way to set the tax rate. It seems to be set at a default rate of 8.5%. How do I change the rate, and can i set up different tax rates for different tax zones?

General Support / new installation by softaculous path urls blank pages

I recently installed Abante Cart, usinf softaculous. Softaculous sent me an email stating that the installation was successful. However, the path url for the shopcart, and the admin url both show up as a blank white page. any ideas?
