General Support / Problem with payment not being available

I have PayPal, Stripe, and Cheque / Money Order selected for my payment options. I am working on building my website and I did a test purchase on my site but none of my payment options are available. Can someone help me with this issue. Below are screen shots of what I am having the issue with.

Hello,
I am new to the online business. I am currently working on my website and would like to know how do I remove the subcategory images from off of the page. I have insured a image of what I would like to remove. Please help me if there is any html coding that I may have to change. I am a lot html dumb. Html coding is not my best thing.
