When I am adding a product the product does not show when you click.

It did work and now it does not. I even added a new  product and when
I click on it, it does not show.

I know get the following error message when I click on the product.


Not Found

The requested URL /product name---novel-1_126 was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I am selling my novels and I do not want the following blocks to appear

Number of Items In Bestseller Block
Number of Items In Latest Block

How do I remove the following:


Number of Items In Bestseller Block

Number of Items In Latest Block

I can not enter 0 in the above and I want to disable that.

So how can I disable Bestseller Block and Latest Block so it won't show?

Also, how can I remove "Contribute on the footer? I removed Powered By but does not remove contribute.

I am having a nightmare with sort in order.

My customers pay for download files and when they go into their account
the order is all upside down.

Example of the download files are below that appear to the customer:

so how can I fix this problem and where?

I finally installed the new version but not from your site because the download from your site did not work.

Hi Admin.

I downloaded your new version and tried 10 times to install it and it does not
work.

It does not pass the fist stage of install.

Once I get to the install page and click "I AGREE"and click on continue
I then get a black page and cannot go any further.

I tried to install the new version 10 times and it still does not work.

At least the other version I had no problems to install but this version
will not go any further.

Are there any files missing in the zip file?

I downloaded it from your site and upload it to my site.

The site said it is up to date.

Does this mean that I have to start from scratch?

How do I upgrade it without loosing all the settings and info?

Where can I get the new version?

However on top in the admin area it says the follows.
