after having months of issues, and being unable to update (because c-panel/Installatron hates me?), and manual updates failing - I'm installing an entirely new version of Abante Cart - however, my old version/DBs are 1.3.2. While I did a full DB backup (the old site is still installed), I'm not certain that the old database will import into 1.4.3.
I would really love to not lose all my history (or have to re-load hundreds of products and options manually) - is there anything I can do, or am I just SOL?
I searched the forums, but can't locate anything that quite addresses my issue here.

I know I'm sorely in need of updating our cart (very old version), but I'm not able to connect for updates.  Getting a strange error connecting to marketplace as well for extensions.
we're running 1.2.15 currently, and I know I likely have to stage the updates (along with updating PHP at the same time with our web host)
am I missing a connection somewhere? can I force connect/download the update packets somewhere?
