need help figuring out the error i do not know what deprecated in this error code means even to look it up in the myadmin area

i am trying to upgrade to 1.2.12 and i am missing the /install/static_pages/index.php  page i uploaded  the back up file and it still missing i reuploaded the file that i downloaded for 1.2.12 and still did not work i will contue to look for it let me know

i was forbidden in accessing the admin area i got a 403 error i think it was so i closed the error and continued to work than i finally got forced out by another forbidden error after about 5 of them  on a new installation.

i reinstalled it with a new folder name and still got the forbidden error anyway so than i came in here

Hi. Bandwidth is not related to image resize. Your server is just a computer and usually most of hosting give you small amount of RAM (memory) and or CPU (processor power), so when php try to resize image it can fail to do this.

Check the image what is dimensions? Download it and make sure it is not corrupted

dont know whats wrong with it or what caused it

yes the images are uploaded they show up when you click on the place holder image yes the images show up correctly in the admin section it is thumbnail images that dont show up correctly i checked the size and they seem to be ok. there are some system errors for image resizing thow would you like them?
