Hi Basara,

I'm not a PHP programmer, that doesn't help me at all.

If I could get my product page to appear just like the one in the picture attached previously, I'd be happy with that.

Can I get a copy of the code for that layout? I can cut and paste!

Many thanks and regards,

Ian

So far, so good with AbanteCart, but one thing bamboozles me!

How can I change the layout of the product page?

I can see how I turn blocks on and off, and move some around, but the very thing I want to move - won't!

My current layout is pretty much the default - new products to the left, product image in the middle, price and description on the right - with content and detailed description below.

I want it to look just like the AbanteCart marketplace - with the content/description taking the left and middle sections, and the price on the right.

How the hell do I do this?! The content section is the only thing I cannot drag around!

Thanks for the quick reply!

Ok, so I've got it to display Inc Tax - but how can I make that Inc GST?!

I have changed the description in Settings>Localization>Tax Classes

I have one Tax Class called GST. Description is GST. Everywhere is set GST.

But it still displays Tax!

Hi,

Here in Australia, it is typical to either display prices including tax or excluding tax. E.g.:-

$900 exc. GST

or

$990 inc. GST.

When I add a product and put in the price, there is no way for the customer to tell if the price is including or excluding GST - until they get to the checkout!

How can I fix this so the price on the product page show inc or exc GST?

Built-in Features / Sending SMTP via Office365..?
July 03, 2017, 11:47:49 AM
Hi!

I'm new to AbanteCart, and so far, I am impressed and very grateful - it's amazing it's free.

I have a question: How do I configure the SMTP mail to work with Office365? According to Microsoft, I need to have the following:-

Server name: smtp.office365.com
Port: 587
Encryption method: STARTTLS

It's the STARTTLS  that's confounding me - How do I get AbanteCart to comply with that protocol?

I tried ssl://smtp.office365.com AND starttls:/smtp.office365.com - no joy.

:(

Any ideas?
