We updated to Maria 10.11 across all our AbanteCart installs, not long after CentOS changes pushed us toward AlmaLinux. Honestly, it's been stable—no compatibility issues so far. Just make sure your configs are updated properly after the leap from 10.6. Maria 11.x has also been smooth in our experience.
