I cleaned the cache in the admin and in the browser.
In Admin> Extensions> Order Totals>Coupon status is ON and the type is Discount.

I think I need to configure the shopping cart to change the price of the item from one category when ordering more than a certain number of such goods. I want when a shopping cart is a certain amount of product from one category unit price of such goods in the shopping cart changed. Extension? No. This is admin page design/content in Russian. I could not make a screenshot of the mouse cursor and I had to add it separately in the photo editor. If you need another screenshot, i can, but this is definitely not a third-party extension.
