Support / can't reset my password

hello guys
it's been a long time since i last used the abantecart and now i'm trying to get back to it, i go to the admin url but it won't accept my password
i do know the username, i click the forgot password and it says neither my email or username match
how can i unstuck myself ?
i did check the username on the config.php
