I'm also experiencing a similar situation when switching Abantecart 1.3.3 to maintenance mode. Even though I'm logged into the admin panel, I can't view the site to check on the progress of changes.

Could there be a caching issue or a setting in the Banner Manager that is causing the banners in groups 1, 2, and 3 to display the same image?
